Fagor Elite Pressure Cooker

There is nothing like preparing a meal that tastes good and is done in no time.  I used to cook Boiled Dinner (northern way of saying it) all the time in the pressure cooker.  For those who don't know what that is, it is cabbage, ham, potatoes, carrots, and whatever else you might want to throw in there.  It tastes sooo good!  I'm getting hungry now just thinking about it.  You can cook practically anything in a pressure cooker, that's what I like about it.  I've been using the Fagor Elite Pressure Cooker Set for a while now and I like it better than any pressure cooker I've ever used!  It not only looks good, cooks good, cleans up good, but can be used as a regular pan with the glass lid that is included with the set.  So that means it won't be sitting on the shelf collecting dust until you need it, it will be used all the time.

The five piece set came with a 4 and 8 quart pressure cooker pot, pressure cooker lid, tempered glass lid, and a steamer basket.  It is made of 18/10 stainless steel, can be used on all cooking surfaces (gas, electric, induction, ceramic), and has a ten year limited warranty.  It has a triple safety mechanism: dual pressure control valve plus 2 independent over pressure release valves with safety locking handle to prevent opening by accident.  It's easy to use with a dial format.  The body can be washed in the dishwasher too.  As I'm typing this, I'm using the pressure cooker to cook supper--chicken and dumplings.  I give this two thumbs up!  You can follow Fagor on Facebook and Twitter also.

'I received a sample from Fagor to facilitate my review and I was not compensated in any other way.  This is my honest opinion only.'
