There are some days when you just don't feel like cooking or don't have the time. That is when
Tyson Heat 'N Eat Dinner Meats come in handy. They are fully cooked meats, either chicken, pork, or beef that are made with no preservatives, vacuum sealed, and are available in the refrigerated meat aisle. Just heat in the microwave or oven for a quick meal. There are 12 different varieties to choose from, 4 of which are new:
- Beef Brisket in Fire Roasted Onion Sauce
- Braised Beef Brisket with Mild Chili Sauce
- Beef Steak Tips In Burgundy Sauce
- Pork Loin in Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce
We have tried the Beef Steak in Burgundy Sauce and loved it. We haven't gotten the chance to try the other three because they weren't available at the store. That happens a lot around here. It tastes very good, with a lot of flavor and the meat is tender, but you don't get much. It was barely enough for two of us but it does have a lot of gravy, which is good if you make potatoes or pasta with it. The price here was $6.49, which isn't too bad for a meal for two people. You can get recipes and find out more about the products at the Tyson website. While you are there, enter the
Tyson Perfect Pairs weekly sweepstakes for a chance to win gift cards, dinnerware/cookware, Netflix rentals and more. It ends on December 31, 2009.
