Nancy's Appetizers-CLOSED
Quite a few years ago, MH's mother had sent some Nancy's quiche home with him. This was the first time I had ever heard of it but opened the box and put them in the oven. After the first bite I was hooked! I'm disappointed that they don't sell the 6 oz. quiche at Food Lion or Wal-mart now but I was happy when I found out they have appetizers added to their food lineup. Some of the varieties you can get are
Four quiche has 240 calories, 14 g. fat, 85 g. cholesterol, 290 mg. sodium, 20 g. carbs, and 8 g of protein. So they aren't the best thing for you nutritionally but once in a while is good, like on holidays.
As I mentioned, I love Nancy's quiche and these are just as good, but in a smaller size. I like both flavors but prefer the Lorraine, with bacon. They are super easy to store in the freezer and you take out however many you want to cook and pop them in the oven for a few minutes and then sit down and enjoy.
