Our Opinion:
When I opened the jar, I have to tell you, it smelled so good! Some people in the book have used it for weight loss and increased energy by taking a tablespoon of the oil each day, so I figured I would try it also. I'll keep you updated on the results. It tastes good, so you don't have to worry about that. It isn't like taking cod liver oil. Eww, I remember having to take that when I was young. As I mentioned earlier, it can be used for just about anything, another plus. I honestly don't have any negatives about the Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. It tastes good, is very useful, has health benefits and doesn't cost much compared to the store brand oils. We truly enjoyed using it!
